The client, a globally renowned advertising company, needed a new corporate HQ in New York City and they relocated to 636 Eleventh Avenue, taking residence in an old factory space. The scope of the project was to construct a new, high-tech space of 565,000sqft over 11-storeys. The finished workplace was to include a lower lobby concourse, outdoor roof gardens, multipurpose theatre, café, data centre, and fitness and wellness centre. On completion, the project was awarded LEED-Gold CI certification.
CHP provided project audit and cost management functions reporting directly to the Client from pre-contract through to post-contract works. The team also managed commercial issues, budgets, change orders, risk identification, payment reviews, cost report production and monthly audit reports.
