The scope of the project was to construct a new, high-tech space of 565,000sqft over 11-storeys. The finished workplace was to include a lower lobby concourse, outdoor roof gardens, multipurpose theatre, café, data centre, and fitness and wellness centre. On completion, the project was awarded LEED-Gold CI certification.
