Amigo Hall is an integral part of the cathedral campus. The work included the stripping out of dilapidated interior and the installation of an intermediate floor at gallery level so that office space could be provided at lower level with the community hall facility located above. Works to Cathedral House & Archbishop House included brick and stone repairs, roof works and converting part of this basement into offices and re-fitting the Clergy kitchen. Works to the Cathedral included repair works to the aisle soffits.

CHP provided full quantity surveying services including producing cost plan, feasibility study, pricing schedules, tender documents and carrying out tender evaluation, cost management and settlement of final account.
