The Rhodders project was another extension of the Burnfoot and Burnfoot II sites, adding an additional 6 turbines to the Clackmannanshire wind farm located in Scotland. The new extension added a generating capacity of 12.3MW to the overall site capacity of 42.3MW, with estimates that the 21-turbine wind farm can power 26,000 homes per year. Individual turbine rating for the Rhodders site is 2.05MW, with a 59m hub height and 82m diameter blades.

CHP was involved from initial investment appraisal stage to close out of the final accounts. CHP provided construction related cost planning, cost management and cost reporting services. CHP managed the procurement of the Balance of Plant works contractors and was also responsible for the commercial management of all construction operations.
