Roade is a 9-turbine wind farm that was commissioned in 2014 and is located near the village of Roade, which lies just south of Northampton. The site generates around 7.2MW, which is estimated to power around 4,450 homes a year. Individual turbine rating is 0.80MW, with a 60m hub height and 53m diameter blades.

CHP was involved from initial investment appraisal stage to close out of the final accounts. CHP provided construction related cost planning, cost management and cost reporting services. CHP managed the procurement of the Balance of Plant works contractors and was responsible for the commercial management of all construction operations.
